These systems ensure 100% accuracy when producing models from scanned parts and allow for the fabrication of those parts that do not have the necessary engineering drawings.
Spectro Analysis and Metal Detection
Cast Steel Products Sales Representatives and engineers have access to the latest technology in Spectro analysis. Our equipment can assess the metallurgy of castings without destructive testing giving CSP instantaneous readouts of metals present. CSP is able to provide recommendations for improved performance or confirm the current metallurgy of your equipment.
For over three decades, CSP has constantly been innovating the use of a variety of Weld overlays. Whether the application requires a Chrome Carbide Overlay (CCO), Plasma Transfer Arc Welded Tungsten Carbide (PTA) or other weld overlays, CSP has the equipment and technology to expertly manufacture these parts and provide longer wear life and reduced downtime.

We are able to extend the lifetime of our products, reduce cost, and provide better performance while requiring less maintenance and down time. Engineering and Design
Our experienced sales and engineering departments utilizing state of the art computer technology in design and drafting and engineering programs (such as AutoCAD / Solid Works, FEA, Solid Modeling, Rapid Prototyping and Solidification analysis) work closely with the end user to determine exactly what is required in order to supply an innovative engineered custom solution. CSP uses SolidWorks 3D modeling software which allows us to visualize our products before they are built, target any potential problems, and relay accurate information to our foundries and machine shops.
